Hello, I am a mom and lawyer, soon to be living in poway, and due for a c-section with my second on December 18. I am a solo practitioner and am hoping to have some help with the newborn night phase to ensure I am able to function during the day, especially after the first few weeks when I will need to work at least part time to manage existing client cases. My husband is currently on a combat deployment with the Navy. He is supposed to return home before the baby arrives, but there is a chance he will not be here, so I feel a lot of pressure to schedule supports where possible. I am seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced night nanny who can kindly care for my newborn girl while also providing emotional/physical support for me, as I will be having a c section and breastfeeding. I am looking forward to hearing from and hopefully meeting folks who will have availability. I do not expect to need someone the very second we get home from the hospital, since that timeline is hard to predict, but I am hoping to have someone who can step in after Christmas and for about five weeks after (5 nights a week). My birth plan is still something i’m working out since i am a first time mom. and im early in my 1st trimester. age to me does not matter as long as they are fully certified in the field, know CPR, and have at least 5-6 years of experience. My baby will be around 2weeks old when i start care so my main concern is that during the night time baby baby is woken up and feed as needed, only cleaning wise that would maybe have to be done is just dishes and washing laundry (not folding just washing and drying)
