i plan to give birth at UCSD JACOBS i want to labor at home as much as possible till i reach 8cm or so then go to the hospital. hypnobirthing non medicicated i want my insurance to cover it (medical)

I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary birch hospital. $1-3k is my estimated budget. Unfortunately, my Cigna insurance does not cover doula services but I’m interested in your out of pocket fees within my budget. For my birth plan, Epidural if needed but would like to do natural since I had back pain after my first baby 2023 using it.
