I plan to give birth at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach. I have United Healthcare insurance and would like to have the lowest budget possible. I want an epidural due to not good with pain. I want a vaginal birth only. I would like my doula to be experienced at least 5 years. I would like my doula to help me with sleep training, lactation, nutrition, etc.

I have not yet delivered but would like to have a plan in case I need some assisstance with breastfeeding and pumping. In person sessions are preferred. I am hoping to use insurance to cover the costs. I have Anthem blue cross.

First baby - hoping for low interventions and unmedicated. Not sure if I am ready to commit to unmedicated though. Either way, I'd like to stay unmedicated as long as possible/as long as is safe. Hi, this is my second pregnancy. However, I had a twin vaginal birth in 2014, so it’s been so long that it feels like my first! This time around, I’m aiming for as unmedicated as possible and I’m looking for a support person during birth, as well as postpartum for assistance with lactation and sleep. I’m not producing enough milk I’m 1 week postpartum, I want to know if my baby is latching properly

Hi! I’m reaching out because I’ve been exclusively pumping using stimulation mode on my Motif wearable pump for the past 4 months. I have inverted nipples, my milk supply is low and both my nipples and areola get pulled into the flange while pumping. I recently tried expression mode and I have some pain during it. I’m wondering if I may have elastic nipples, if my flange size is incorrect, or if I’m using my pump properly. I’d love some guidance on whether I’m pumping correctly and how to make pumping more comfortable and effective. Thank you
