We are looking for support to help us get some sleep during the early days so we have energy to care for our 2.5 year old during the day. We are looking for someone who can provide overnight support to our family 3ish nights a week. We have a newborn who just arrived about a month earlier than expected. She’s just a few days old and is an only child. So far she’s a champ—our main priority is just getting her weight up and helping her figure out feeding. We would love someone who can help support us as we transition to becoming parents and who can offer us a few more opportunities for rest. Help with washing bottles, small meal/snack prep, newborn laundry would be a plus but not required. Budget is flexible, but we are hoping to spend around $70/hr for several weeks. We are a queer, multiracial-racial family. So it is incredibly important for us to work with someone who has experience with and affirms all kinds of families.
