I am looking for a night nanny who can help 5x a week for the first 3 weeks, then we slowly taper off to 3x a week for the next couple of weeks, then to eventually 1x a week for the last couple of weeks. We are seeking an English-speaking night nanny with at least five years of newborn experience. Infant CPR certification is required. Our baby is 4 weeks old, medically stable and healthy. Responsibilities include overnight feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and monitoring, following safe sleep practices, and implementing age-appropriate sleep training when developmentally ready. The caregiver will also clean and sterilize bottles and feeding equipment, tidy the home during downtime, and assist with laundry (baby laundry required; general laundry a plus). We are looking for a calm, experienced professional who can independently manage overnight care.
