No, we’re looking for a Doula that knows at least some ASL. We plan to give birth at Modesto California Kaiser office. We had to do the last time but they did not know ASL so I’m just taking a little extra time to try to find one that might know sign language.

I have 13 y.o boy 6 y.o girl and a 15 month girl. Im scared this time around and need help for birth and postpartum care. I have medical and this would be my first time asking for help from a doula. I would really like help during birth and maybe the first week after i have baby. I just don’t know how to make myself a priority.

My baby hasn't latched. Its been 9 weeks. Making bottles and pumping is takiny too much of time even though im comfortable with it now. I would like yo try latching the baby now if it's possible so that it's easier when my husband is done with his paternal leave. Challenges are that she does not latch. Latch when she ever has, has been excruciatingly painful. Im looking for a doula with extensive lactation help experience. Not a lactation consultant itself. But the doula is only expencted to help me with nursing.
