I am interested birth support doula for my upcoming delivery

We are expecting our first baby around March 2, 2027 and are looking for overnight newborn support approximately 2 nights per week for the first 8–12 weeks postpartum. Ideally, we would like 10–12 hour overnight shifts and can be somewhat flexible on which two nights each week. Our main priority is safe, experienced newborn care overnight so we can get meaningful rest. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with feeding support, diaper changes, burping, soothing, settling the baby back to sleep, bottle washing/prep, and helping establish healthy newborn sleep habits when developmentally appropriate. We are open to either an experienced postpartum doula or Newborn Care Specialist and would prefer someone with newborn-specific training, CPR certification, strong references, and several years of experience.
