Need consultant for breastfeeding. Takes very long to feed.
We plan to give birth at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach 1500 dollars Not sure yet
Our first baby is due this November! I'll be giving birth in a hospital, our budget is around $3,000. Ideally would like to labor as long as possible unmedicated, but deliver vaginally with an epidural. Would like to avoid a C-section if possible. Will be requesting intermittent fetal monitoring as opposed to constant fetal monitoring. We'd like delayed cord clamping until the cord is white and not pulsating. I want the placenta to come out naturally and not be pulled out. Maximum golden hour skin to skin contact time. No circumcision if the baby is male. Provider would ideally speak fluent English and has at least several years of experience. Insurance provider is Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network.
English speaking, non smoker, Overwhelmed mom of three, baby, preschooler, 1st grader. Baby is has no special needs but spent 11 days in NICU. OT is working with baby to improve nursing latch. Nursing has always been mom's superpower and she is feeling defeated right now. Possible lite cleaning household chores. Mom suffers from anxiety and depression. She is not getting any sleep. This is for a short term engagement, possibly 1 month. a couple of days a week.
The baby was born via a surrogate, I am the biological mother. I didn't give birth so I am not lactating. Looking for lactation consultant to help me induce lactation for my baby. I have anthem Blue cross PPO, prefer an consultant who could work with my insurance
Lactation consultant for mom and six week old baby
In person lactation consultant covered by my insurance
Hi , i amlooking for someone who accept kaiser permanente insurance. Someone that helps with postpartum lactation consultation
Hello, looking for help for 3-7 days (depending on price) for a couple hours a day to help my cousin with her baby. Baby was just born Dec 28 2025, and she’s really struggling mentally and with the baby. The baby is not sleeping well at all and she’s having trouble latching him on to breast feed. I want to provide her support, she feels like she is failing as a mom and I know what it’s like to feel that way (I work as active duty military and am a single mom so I can’t really take too much time to help her my self right now). Looking for someone kind and empathetic with experience and knowledge for a couple days to help reset and try to get the baby into a rhythm. Hopefully try to set up some type of sleeping arrangements to help her feel a little better and not so lost. TLDR: Post partum care, breast feeding issues, sleep training, light housekeeping just general support for her) My estimated budget is 3 hours a day, $20 an hour, for at minimal 3 days(180$ total) depending on if she’s comfortable I would like to make it a week (7days.) potential for $420.
Certified lactation consultant near me to address breastfeeding difficulties
my priority is getting lactation consultant through my insurance. If the rest of services are cover too, I might be interested
Baby has excessive gas that keeps him up all night. He is breastfed and I am wondering if my latch is too shallow, let down is too fast or if there is something from breastfeeding causing this excessive gas. He is exclusively breastfed although we sometimes give him a pumped bottle. We burp him constantly, hold him upright after feeds, massage his tummy and do gas relieving exercises with him constantly. I also stopped eating dairy and stay away from gas inducing foods like broccoli, kale, etc. He is up every 30 mins to an hour at night.
