Hospital, flexibile budget, looking for night nanny's and open to doula services that are rooted in Ayurveda
We are looking for an experienced overnight newborn care specialist/night nurse to help care for our one month old twin boys, Ezra and Joshua. Our primary goal is to have overnight support so that we can get adequate rest while knowing our babies are receiving attentive, loving care. We would like someone who has experience with twins and newborns and is comfortable following our established routines. Responsibilities would include: * Feeding both babies overnight (formula and/or prepared bottles according to our instructions). * Burping each baby thoroughly after feeds. * Changing diapers as needed. * Swaddling and soothing the babies back to sleep using gentle techniques. * Monitoring for signs of discomfort, gas, reflux, or illness and communicating any concerns to us. * Washing and preparing bottles and keeping the nursery tidy during downtime. * Keeping a simple log of feedings, diaper changes, and sleep if possible. We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced with newborns, especially twins. * Calm, patient, reliable, and nurturing. * Comfortable working overnight while allowing us to sleep unless there is a concern that requires our attention. * Respectful of our parenting preferences and willing to follow our feeding and sleep routines.
