looking for a newborn care specialist 8 hours per day or night (sometimes day, sometimes night) to help with our newborn
This is my Third baby. I had a still birth first pregnancy and had a really hard second pregnancy delivery. I need someone who can help me navigate giving birth and helping me have a smooth experience , someone who can help my husband, and someone who can understand my background with having a loss. I’m looking for someone Latina with a background in Mexican culture delivery practices.
Twin girls with scheduled C-Section at 37 weeks due around 10/20/26 (always a possibility that they may debut earlier). We (my husband and I) are looking for a night doula to help with night feedings/care for 4-5 nights/week for the first 8 weeks the girls are home (possibly will extend longer than 8 weeks). We have a 4 year old son as well, who is in preschool from 9-5:30pm 5 days per week, and my mother (who is a retired nicu nurse and lactation consultant) will likely be staying with us for at least a week or two to help during the day. I do not plan to exclusively breastfeed, and the girls will be getting primarily formula (and/or pumped milk) at night. Our house has the ideal set up, with the bedrooms all located in the back of the house (can be closed off with pocket door), leaving the whole front of the house (kitchen, laundry room, living room/tv room x2, private bathroom x2, and office/den which can be closed off) for the doula and the girls at night (plan to set up bassinets with changing table). We live in Walnut Creek, around 2 miles from downtown, up in the hills past the Bart Station in an area called “secluded valley” (which is right on the border of WC and lafayette, with most of our HOA and neighboring streets technically being in Lafayette). Price wise, we were hoping to keep the total cost around $2,000-2,500 per week (for 4-5 nights/week, shifts 8-10 hours/night, for at least 8 weeks immediately after birth), which is where the flexibility comes in the number of nights and shift length. Basically trying to keep our sanity, and allocate time for everyone to get much needed sleep when the girls arrive home. I will also be recovering from c-section during this time, and will need the extra rest.
Looking for a postpartum doula. My insurance is Anthem EPO
Hello, We’re looking for someone to help us during the day with getting into a better routine with our 6 week old baby. We’re having trouble with sleep and general fussiness, and hoping to work with someone that can provide guidance on best practices. Thank you!

First Baby, San Francisco, $40 an hour, nights 9-7
Premie twin girls. 4-5 nights per week. 10pm-7am. Starting 10/9. Extra duties: wash pump parts. Newborn care specialist.
Expecting our first baby, due January 28, 2027 (single baby). Looking for a Newborn Care Specialist for overnight care, 3 nights/week, 10pm–6am — exact schedule to be discussed. Goal: we sleep through the night while the NCS handles all wake-ups, feedings, and soothing, and actively works toward building independent sleep habits so we can transition off support once the baby sleeps through on their own. Month-to-month, starting around the due date. Duties: night feedings, diaper changes, soothing, bottle prep/washing, nursery tidying, morning feeding/sleep log. Requirements: credentialed NCS (NCSA or INA), CPR/First Aid certified, up to date on Tdap/MMR/COVID/TB vaccines, non-smoker, reliable transportation, background-checked. Budget: $55–70/hour. Located in San Francisco (94110).
