About me

I’m Ivy, a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with 10 years of experience working with babies and families. I began my career as a nanny before becoming a doula in 2021, originally training in birth work and quickly realizing that postpartum care is where my heart truly is. I’m certified through ProDoula and Newborn Care Solutions, and I feel deeply honored to support families during such a tender and meaningful season. I love learning from other doulas, value collaboration, and am currently considering becoming an IBCLC as I continue to grow in this work. My own experience with significant body changes has shaped the gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental way I support families through postpartum recovery.

Service introduction

I offer overnight postpartum and newborn care designed to support both babies and parents during those early weeks at home. My focus is on helping families get rest while knowing their baby is cared for with calm, attentive, and responsive support. During overnight shifts, I provide full newborn care including feeding support, diapering, soothing, and settling, while also offering reassurance and education so parents feel more confident as they adjust. I approach postpartum care with a gentle, non-judgmental mindset and a deep respect for how tender this season can be. I love supporting feeding in whatever way works best for your family, offering guidance around newborn sleep and rhythms, and creating a peaceful overnight environment so everyone can rest more easily. My goal is always to meet families where they are and provide steady, compassionate support that feels grounding and truly helpful.
