About me

I am a CAPPA-certified Postpartum Doula and experienced Baby Nurse with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting newborns, children, and adults in both hospital and private home settings. My clinical background includes serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Providence Saint John’s and Cedars-Sinai in the Pediatrics, Postpartum, and Oncology units, where I developed a strong foundation in maternal-newborn care, patient advocacy, and compassionate support. My transition into full-time postpartum and newborn care was a natural calling. After years of walking alongside families in the hospital — including supporting patients through deeply vulnerable moments — I felt drawn toward the beginning of life, where I could nurture, guide, and empower mothers during one of their most transformative seasons. I bring a calm, reassuring presence into the home, along with strong clinical awareness, newborn expertise, and a deep respect for each family’s unique parenting style. I have cared for children from newborn through adolescence and am especially passionate about helping new mothers recover confidently, establish feeding routines, and feel supported both physically and emotionally. Families describe me as attentive, knowledgeable, nurturing, and trustworthy. It is an honor to support mothers as they heal, bond, and step into their new role with confidence. Service introduction

As a postpartum doula, I provide essential support to new parents in the weeks following childbirth, helping them navigate the physical, emotional, and practical challenges of the postpartum period. Services entail postpartum mood monitoring, infant care, breastfeeding support, light housekeeping, physical recovery support (postpartum care for mom), infant sleep support, new parent education, overnight care, etc.
