Hello, I am Jade and I would love to share a little about myself and why I have started my journey with The Nurtured Sleep Co I have worked with children since a young age, co-running summer camps for children with additional needs and then completing my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development. I have spent the past 15 years working in the Early Years Industry, as well as in Temple Street Children’s Hospital in Ireland as a play therapist. In 2012 I began my motherhood journey. Lilly entered our lives with a bang. She cried A LOT and never slept, like ever! I struggled to find support with this and it definitely took a toll. It was definitely not how I envisioned motherhood. When Willow, my second born, came along, she was completely different. They were chalk and cheese. This really highlighted my interest in pre-natal and post-natal support and I became really passionate about supporting new mums. At this stage, many of my friend circle began having babies and I became the go-to question bible. I realised just how much knowledge I contained and I adored supporting these new mums on their beautiful journey. This is when I started to explore how I could expand my own knowledge and enrolled to become a qualified sleep consultant. I have a gentle and holistic approach, focusing on the child's needs, nutritional intake and developmental stages. I am here to listen to your story and find the missing piece to your sleep puzzle.
