I am a certified full spectrum doula and lactation educator with six years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, the fourth trimester and beyond. I specialize in working with families welcoming both a singleton and multiples. I rely on evidence based research to provide education and support that is both practical and empowering. As a mother of three beautiful girls, I understand firsthand the emotional and physical changes that come with welcoming a new baby. My approach is warm, outgoing, and deeply compassionate. I strive to create a comforting, judgmental-free space where families feel heard, supported and confident in their choices.
