About me

Some people come alive in a quiet house at 2 a.m. with a sleepy baby in their arms. I’m one of them. I’m Jennifer—a mother of three, grandmother, former professional educator, and CPR and First Aid certified. I’ve spent much of my adult life teaching, nurturing, guiding, and caring for others. I’m also a longtime yoga and meditation teacher, where I teach adults how to slow down through breathwork, intentional movement, and a calm, grounded presence. That same calmness comes naturally with little ones. The quiet rhythm of infant care feels like home to me—the holding, feeding, soothing, rocking, tiny stretches, sleepy snuggles, and simply being there while a little one settles safely into my arms. At this stage of my life, overnight newborn care feels like a beautiful fit—giving new parents the gift of rest while I spend my nights doing something that genuinely fills my heart.

Service introduction

There’s nothing quite like the quiet rhythm of caring for a baby in the middle of the night. I offer calm, attentive overnight newborn and infant care with gentle touch, low-stimulation soothing, and an intuitive awareness of each baby’s individual cues. My goal is simple: your baby feels safe, settled, and beautifully cared for while you get the rest you need. 💛
