Postpartum Doula services

As a night nanny, I provide overnight care and support for families with newborns or infants, so parents can get the rest they need. My role typically includes feeding (or bringing the baby to mom for nursing), diaper changes, soothing the baby back to sleep, and monitoring their safety throughout the night. I also help establish healthy sleep habits and routines, and offer guidance and reassurance to new parents during those early, often overwhelming weeks. Whether you’re recovering from childbirth, adjusting to a new baby, or just need a break, I’m here to ensure your nights are restful and your baby is well cared for.
