About Jennifer

Jennifer’s passion for working as a postpartum doula is fueled by the incredible experience she had with her own doula when her son was six weeks old while living in New York City. She was struggling with breastfeeding, feeling anxious and alone, and her doula was able to melt it all away. She even made her a quiche! It is Jennifer's desire to give back the comfort and love she received from her doula to every one of her clients through her #compassioninaction method.

What to expect

We provide personalized in-home daytime and overnight postpartum doula assistance to families living in Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam Counties (NY), as well as Fairfield County (CT) for the initial 12 weeks following your baby's arrival. The duration of postpartum doula support can range from a few weeks to over 3 months. Together, we will tailor a unique plan to suit your individual needs.
