While growing my own family, I felt deeply called to birth work and became a doula. Over time I discovered that my greatest passion lives in the fourth trimester—supporting mothers and families as they transition, heal, and find their rhythm together. As a postpartum doula, I focus on nurturing the mother, creating steadiness in the home, and helping the whole family integrate this new chapter with care, confidence, and connection. My goal is to provide grounded support so you feel seen, rested, and truly supported during this tender and transformative time.

I provide compassionate, in-home postpartum support tailored to the unique needs of each family. My care may include newborn care support, nurturing infant care guidance, light household help to create a calm and supportive environment, and inclusive healing services such as belly binding and gentle reflexology bodywork for both mother and baby. My goal is to bring steadiness, comfort, and practical support so families can rest, recover, and feel deeply supported during the fourth trimester.
