JennMarie was a communicative, flexible, and generous resource to our family. She gifted my older son her favorite board book and lent us her favorite swaddle for our newborn. She was flexible with scheduling changes due to sickness and hospital stays. We were confident in her care from Day 1! We would work with Jenn again.

Jenn-Marie was nothing short of extraordinary. My son was, as his pediatrician says, “one of the toughest babies I have had in my 27 years of practicing medicine.” He struggled to string consecutive hours of sleep together for months. I was hesitant to use a newborn care specialist at first (did not do so with my first as it was during COVID) but Jenn-Marie completely put my family at ease. She was kind, caring, and patient. My son would scream for hours on end and she would calmly tell me “get some sleep” while giving me a hug. I truthfully don’t know what I would have done without Jenn-Marie (sleep deprivation is very real). Jenn-Marie was there for me just as much as my son during such a difficult period. My son is 15 months now and we continue to stay in touch.
