Education & Guidance * Newborn care support. * Breastfeeding and/or formula-feeding guidance. * Postpartum recovery tips. * Baby sleep and soothing basics. * Helping me understand what's normal and when it's time to call my doctor. 3.Physical Support * Continuous support during labor. * Comfort measures such as breathing techniques, positioning, massage, and relaxation. * Light postpartum help, such as meal prep or simple household tasks. * Assistance setting up baby stations and making my home feel ready. 4.
