Jnai is absolutely wonderful! She did overnights with my baby a few nights per week from the time my baby was 10 days old, and I am so thankful for her. She is a baby whisperer and could calm and soothe my newborn with ease every evening. I knew my baby was in good hands with Jnai. I wish I knew Jnai when I had my first baby!

l We were incredibly lucky to have J’Nai care for our son during his first four months. After a couple of disappointing experiences with previous night nurses, we were understandably nervous about trusting someone new—but J’Nai quickly put us at ease. She was warm, gentle, and so soothing with our son, who was struggling with reflux and needed extra care and patience. She clearly has a special touch with babies and was also a huge support to us as first-time parents. She answered our questions, helped us build our confidence, and gave us practical guidance along the way. J’Nai also helped with bottle washing and nightly routines, which made a big difference during those exhausting early months.

We had a wonderful experience working with J'Nai as our postpartum doula. She jumped in immediately just a few days after my son was born until he was six weeks old. It was important to me that whoever we worked with felt like a part of our family and never made my husband or I feel uncomfortable. From the beginning, we felt at ease around J'Nai.
