l We were incredibly lucky to have J’Nai care for our son during his first four months. After a couple of disappointing experiences with previous night nurses, we were understandably nervous about trusting someone new—but J’Nai quickly put us at ease. She was warm, gentle, and so soothing with our son, who was struggling with reflux and needed extra care and patience. She clearly has a special touch with babies and was also a huge support to us as first-time parents. She answered our questions, helped us build our confidence, and gave us practical guidance along the way.
