Xiao is looking for Postpartum Doula
|
Location: Johns Creek, GA 30097, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: January 25, 2026
We'll be giving birth in a hospital with the OB. Our main goal is to find a postpartum night doula. We are both first time partents, so it's good to learn some tricks from the doula too. Budget wise, we are with Anthem BCBS Georgia. I was told by Anthem that they'll cover 90% after meeting the deductible. |

Dakota is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
|
Location: Berkeley Lake, GA, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: April 07, 2026
I plan to give birth at Northside Atlanta Hospital. My budget is hopefully to be covered by my insurance. (I have CareSource thru Medicaid.) I’m not currently working so I don’t have any money to pay out of pocket unfortunately. My birth plan is that I want to try my best to give birth naturally but I need a coach to help me with breathing and positions. This is my third pregnancy and my past two I had the help of Pitocin and an epidural which I want to try to avoid this time. |

I will be giving birth at Northside Hospital, looking for someone who is knowledgeable and who will vouch for me while I’m giving birth. Trying to stay within a $2,000 budget. I want a peaceful environment during labor with dim lights and music. Id love to be free and move around and try different positions. I want a vaginal birth and hoping for my water to break naturally. For pain management I would like to start out with laughing gas but open to an epidural. Push as my baby feels the need to. No forceps/vacuum. No episiotomy. Try to avoid tearing with warm compress. Give birth in whatever position feels the most comfortable. Access to a birth bar. Immediate skin to skin. Dad to cut the cord. Delayed cord clamping. Newborn procedures to be done on me. Golden hour. |

Albertine(albe) is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula, Night Nanny
|
Location: Cumming, GA, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: January 08, 2026
1-I planned birth at Northside Hospital in Cumming, GA 2- Not a budget in mind right now 3- Goal: Unmedicated Vaginal Birth (avoid Epidural/C-section) During Labor Pain Management: Please do not offer or discuss an epidural or other pain medication. I will request it if I feel I need it. I plan to use non-medicinal methods (e.g., movement, shower/tub, breathing). Medical Interventions: Please use intermittent fetal monitoring to allow for maximum mobility. Avoid an IV/saline lock unless medically necessary. I prefer to avoid labor-augmentation medications (like Pitocin) and allow my labor to progress on its own, unless there is a medical emergency. Delivery and Postpartum Birth of Baby: I would like to push instinctively (no coached pushing/breath-holding). I want to be in the position of my choice (e.g., standing, hands-and-knees, side-lying). Cord Clamping: I request delayed cord clamping until the umbilical cord has stopped pulsating. Immediate Postpartum: Please place the baby immediately on my chest for uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact. I request that all routine newborn procedures, like weighing and measurements, be delayed until after the first hour of skin-to-skin time. Placenta: I would like to keep my placenta. Please place it in a provided container/cooler immediately after delivery. I prefer to deliver the placenta spontaneously without Pitocin, unless medically necessary for hemorrhage prevention. Note to Staff: In the event of an unplanned C-section, I would still like the screen lowered for viewing, my partner present, and immediate skin-to-skin contact with the baby, or with my partner if I am unable. |

Jessica is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
|
Location: Flowery Branch, GA, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: September 30, 2026
Would like to labor at home as long as possible or even until delivery if able. Other wise hospital. Budget is at 3500 for both labor and postpartum services. My birth plan is to avoid interventions as much as possible. I do not want to be induced unless medically necessary. No membrane sweeps or breaking of water, I would even love to skip cervical checks. I would love to water birth at home if safe and able. If not I would like wireless monitoring if available and to be able to move freely around the room. I would like to deliver in whatever position is most comfortable and protects the most from tearing. If he wants to I’d love for dad to catch the baby and deliver the news of the gender. I want to wait to cut the cord until it is done pulsing. I would like to protect the golden hour to bond with my baby. No immunizations or erythromycin ointment for baby. If a boy no circumcision until at least 8 days later with a pediatrician. |
