We plan to give birth at Emory John's Creek Hospital. Our estimated total budget for both birth & post partum doula is $15,000. We are aiming for a vaginal (normal) delivery without vacuum suction or forceps method. We'd like the doula to be forthcoming with information for our knowledge and understanding. We like to know the process and don't often get overwhelmed with information. We'd prefer them to be comfortable with texting/messaging as speaking over the phone may not always be an option.

Someone who is knowledgeable in wholistic healing remedies (food, herbal baths, etc) can give me good exercises to strengthen and recover my body. Ideally my birth plan is: A quiet room with dim light and 432 hz music playing. An aroma of essential oils in the mist and freedom to move and change positions.
