looking for someone who can assist with birth prep and support and education
I plan to give birth in a hospital (Northside Sandy Springs). I am willing to spend up to $3,000. I don't have much of a birth plan yet. I would like someone with at least 5 years of experience.
I am currently pregnant with my first child and am exploring a planned home birth if I remain low-risk throughout pregnancy. My estimated due date is October 10, 2026. I am looking for a licensed and experienced midwife who provides prenatal, labor/delivery, postpartum, and newborn care in the home setting. My goal is to have a natural, low-intervention birth and avoid epidurals, inductions, and unnecessary interventions unless medically necessary. If labor is progressing well, I am very interested in a water birth. Since this is my first child, I am open to continuous monitoring and appreciate providers who prioritize both comfort and safety. I have a B-negative blood type, so I am specifically looking for a provider who is experienced and comfortable managing Rh-negative pregnancies, including coordination of any necessary RhoGAM care and monitoring throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I would like a provider with a clear emergency transfer protocol, experience supporting first-time mothers, and strong postpartum support. I am also interested in personalized education and guidance throughout pregnancy. If timing allows, I would love for close family members to be present for emotional support while still respecting the midwife’s space and ability to work effectively. My budget is approximately $5,000–$8,000, and I am open to discussing payment plans.
Post partum care. Bottle prep, light cleaning, feeding, changing baby

Mainly want help with all things outside of newborn so that I can just be with baby unstressed. Household tasks, meal prep, help with other siblings mainly 2 year old. Looking to pay $30/hr. I plan to give birth at the hospital, and this is my first child. I’m looking for a more holistic and natural birthing plan and experience with minimal distractions. I would like my provider to be fairly experience with more than 1yr of experience and certifications. My estimate budget is no more than $1,000.
