About me

I have been a personal trainer for pregnant and postpartum women in New York City for over 7 years, and have I realized that so many women have major questions about their bodies and fitness that they are not finding answers to. My mission is to make safe and effective pre and post natal fitness accessible for all. I have created an online streaming platform for pre and post natal workouts through my company Her Move, I provide consultations, and have limited availability for private training.

Service introduction

I have created an online streaming platform for pre and post natal fitness, and the prenatal program is currently live with two subscription options: simple access to videos (45 workouts, 16 educational videos), or access with monthly half hour consultations with me to address questions and changes occurring. I also offer one hour consultations for pregnancy and postpartum to address specific concerns and get personalized in answering all your questions about how to approach exercise with knowledge of the unique changes you are experiencing in your body. Prenatal Consultation
One hour consultation to discuss prenatal fitness questions (pelvic floor, diastasis recti, how to modify, what is safe for cardio/ heartrate/ strength, any other workout questions), to cover any concerns from your history (trauma or injury from past pregnancies, past injuries, pregnancy complications), and to help you come up with a plan for modifying exercise during your pregnancy.

Postpartum Consultation
Designed to help you return to exercise and activity after your birth experience and create a plan for your own personal recovery. This consultation is a great idea for after you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor and before you begin exercise on your own. Some things we will look at: pelvic floor health and changes, C-section healing considerations, diastasis recti check and treatment strategy, assessment of postural changes.

Her Move Subscription Consultation
Interested in learning more about the Her Move Subscription and whether it's the right fit for you? We can have a half hour chat where I will tell you more about the options available to you and help you determine if it's a good fit. The subscription is $29/mo, so this is a much more affordable option if the longer consultations are not an option for you.
