I had the honor of meeting and working with Justice. I was a travel registered nurse on and off for 3 years and worked with Justice. She was an amazing assest to the hospital, nurses, and patients!!!! She was always kind, respectful, out going and always willing to go the extra mile. She was amazing with our special patients and really had a knack for comforting and going the extra mile whenever needed!!! I would highly recommend Justice!

Justice is genuinely one of the kindest and most caring person I’ve ever gotten the privilege to know. She puts her heart into everything she does and never does anything halfway. She is very trustworthy, responsible, and hardworking. Just an all around great person who will give 100%

Justice was a nurse that worked with us in the nicu. We got home and desperately needed a night off with a little one on oxygen and a toddler. I slept like a baby for the first night since being home. She really did everything. Cleaned bottles, did breathing treatments, gave meds, fed her, and held her all night so she didn’t vomit! Quite frankly will be doing everything we can to get her on full time! But she is the BEST! Hire her!! I would trust her with all my Children and animals. She is the best.

When my son was a newborn I was sleep deprived and Justice stepped in. She took amazing care of my sweet boy and even kept a time record of everything (I didn’t even ask for this to be done). She’s absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond!!

I had the opportunity to work alongside Justice in the NICU before she became an LPN, and I can confidently say she is exceptional when it comes to caring for babies and neonates. She has a natural ability to remain calm, attentive, and compassionate in such a high-acuity environment. Justice consistently demonstrated patience and gentleness when handling even the most fragile infants, always prioritizing their comfort and safety. What stood out most to me was her attentiveness to detail and her willingness to learn. She was always observant, quick to notice subtle changes in a baby’s condition, and never hesitated to speak up or ask questions to ensure the best care possible. She worked seamlessly with the team, communicated effectively, and was always reliable. Beyond her technical skills, Justice brings a genuine warmth to her care. She not only supports the babies but also provides reassurance to families during very emotional and stressful times. Her compassion, combined with her strong work ethic, makes her an incredible asset in any neonatal setting. I have no doubt that she has carried these qualities with her into her role as an LPN and will continue to excel.
