I’ve always loved birth. In 2017 I was fortunate enough to take the HypnoBirthing®️ Childbirth Educator course. I specialize in perinatal anxiety & mood disorders (PMAD) and provide education, resources, and support for those who think they may, or are already experiencing PMAD's. This transition is hard. It's not just welcoming home a new baby, it's radically accepting a new identity, a new routine, a new personality of yourselves. Theres no reason to have to struggle through alone thinking something is wrong with you. This is very common.
