Birth is one of life's most transformative experiences, and every family deserves to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported throughout the journey. As a doula, I believe that my role is to walk beside you with compassion, evidence-based education, and unwavering support. Whether your path includes an unmedicated birth, an epidural, induction, cesarean birth, or unexpected changes along the way, my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your choices. I strive to create a calm, judgment-free space where you can trust your intuition, ask questions freely, and feel genuinely cared for. Above all, I believe birth is not about achieving a "perfect" experience—it is about feeling safe, respected, and empowered. My hope is that long after your baby is born, you look back on your birth knowing you were supported with kindness, dignity, and wholehearted care every step of the way. I am taking clients who are due in February and April 2027.

I offer compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. Services include prenatal education, birth planning, continuous labor and birth support, postpartum care, newborn care, infant feeding guidance, sibling care, and light household support to help your family transition with confidence and ease. I also offer prenatal yoga to prepare your body and mind for birth, along with Reiki sessions to promote relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. My approach is rooted in meeting each family where they are. Whether you need a calm presence during labor, extra hands after your baby arrives, or holistic support throughout your journey, my goal is to help you feel informed, cared for, and fully supported every step of the way.

The Full Journey

Perfect for families seeking support from the very beginning of pregnancy, this package provides personalized guidance from your first trimester through your baby's first days. This package includes: * Three 60-minute one-on-one prenatal sessions * Personalized birth education and birth planning * Answers to your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum questions * Optional prenatal yoga and Reiki during your prenatal sessions * Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to prepare for birth * On-call support beginning at 37 weeks * Continuous labor and birth support once active labor begins * One in-home postpartum visit within 48 hours of birth (or after returning home from the hospital) * Newborn care guidance and infant feeding support * Emotional support and space to process your birth experience * Resources and referrals as needed throughout your journey
