Hiring Meghan and her doula partner, Lawren, was one of the best decisions I made for my first pregnancy & birth. They offered consistent guidance and reassurance, regularly reviewing pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum details, and addressing my numerous questions and anxieties. Meghan's background as a dietician also proved invaluable to me, particularly during pregnancy when I had alot of nutrition-related concerns. She ensured I felt informed and prepared for every situation through the knowledge shared during our meetings, & her calm & peaceful nature always left me feeling less stressed about my pregnancy & upcoming labor. Meghan was a constant presence during my very long & difficult labor. She helped me manage contractions, offered words of encouragement, guided me through various birthing positions, and made sure I ate & had water with electrolytes to stay hydrated. Throughout the entire process, she maintained her calm composure and demonstrated an understanding of my needs, even when I was uncertain. I truly don't know what I would have done without her during labor! The guidance, support, & care she provided was instrumental in my having a successful vaginal delivery!

My husband and I hired Meghan as an overnight doula to help after our son was born. We agreed to 10 nights with her, and was able to have for about 2 nights a week in the first month and 1 night in the second month. While it is always nerve-wracking leaving your child with someone else, Meghan spent so much time helping us feel comfortable. She came over before our son was born to see our home and discuss the plan for the evenings. It was so helpful during the early recovery days to be able to get a better night's sleep, especially with someone like Meghan. She was patient, kind, and extremely nonjudgmental. She was always very responsive if something came up during the day that I had a question about, too. I couldn't recommend Meghan more if you are considering a doula!
