I’m a compassionate and experienced birth and postpartum doula dedicated to providing calm, nurturing and evidence-based support to growing families. I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, informed, respected, and confident throughout her journey into motherhood. My approach is holistic and individualized, blending practical newborn and postpartum support with emotional reassurance and gentle guidance. I’m passionate about helping families feel cared for and supported during this new exciting chapter. From overnight support, daytime care, feeding support, newborn soothing, or simply being a reassuring presence when things feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a peaceful, supported environment where parents can rest, recover, bond with their baby, and feel confident in their own instincts.
