I provide personalized support including: • Newborn care • Overnight support • Postpartum recovery care for mothers (physical, emotional, mental) • Parent education & guidance • Feeding support and lactation support • Infant sleep shaping & sleep training • Light home care and meal support My current rate is $45/hour. We had a really great experience working with Karina. She was always very professional and knowledgeable about all things newborns. She showed our baby girl so much care and attention, and helped us to sleep condition her well so that she was sleeping a consistent 8-10 hour stretch per night! Karina also supported me so much with my postpartum care - from breastfeeding/pumping and storage, to sitz baths, etc. She was amazing and I'm so grateful to have had her support during that time. Overall we built a lot of trust in Karina and we certainly hope to work with her again for our next baby!!
