Using a fun and thoughtful flashcard game, we’ll talk through your preferences and priorities. I’ll help tailor your plan to your birthing location, whether home, hospital, or birthing center.
You’ll leave this session feeling confident, not rigid — because birth rarely goes 100% according to plan, but preparation makes all the difference.

Call me when you’re in labor and I’ll come support you through your birth
! Includes one postpartum follow-up appointment!
