About me

Hello! I’m McKenzie, and I am a certified community based doula located in Albany, Georgia. My entire birth philosophy is built upon advocacy. I care deeply about making sure mamas are heard, so a huge portion of my role is helping birthing folks amplify their inner voice and strength. I have a background in public health, which has provided opportunities to dive extensively into topics like rural healthcare, community wellness and maternal health advocacy. I enjoy creating safe spaces for mamas to birth freely and safely, allowing them connect/reconnect with their womb. I’m also huge on making sure your voice is heard and your questions are answered in medical settings. You deserve an empowered experience whether in the hospital or the comfort in your home!
