About me

Kate has helped hundreds of patients overcome pain with sex, urinary leaking, bowel issues, and a host of other problems. Whether it’s helping people return to exercise after giving birth, decrease pain after pelvic surgery, or recover from sexual dysfunction, Kate takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming space for all patients, regardless of gender or background. In addition to her degrees, Kate has taken advanced courses in pelvic health, including management of urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, trauma-informed intervention workshops, and pregnancy and postpartum management.

Packages

90 minute in-person visit

Physical therapy visit in your home, with all necessary equipment provided. Initial visit includes a review of medical history, assessment of body systems, movements, and strength, as well as treatment and plan of care. Follow up visits include but are not limited to hands-on care, problem solving solutions for daily aches / pains / challenges and exercise strategies. Price is $200 per 90-minute visit.
