We are looking to find a solution with our baby’s latching.

I would like to give birth at the hospital near me, but would like to labor as long as I can at home first. I do not want an epidural, but I want tips for breathing etc that can help me through the birthing pains. I haven’t thought of a budget yet, and I’m looking for someone who takes our insurance.

I have TRICARE West Prime and am hoping to find a doula who accepts TRICARE and is familiar with the authorization process. I’m also hoping to work with a Christian doula whose support aligns with our faith and values. I’m looking for calm, encouraging labor support and would love to connect to see if we’d be a good fit. Not latching making sounds, sleeps making sounds, gases

My 2 week old newborn has a shallow latch and it hurts when he nurses. I also don't know if he is getting enough milk so we have been supplementing with formula. Additionally I don't know how to get him on a sleep schedule. Sometimes he sleeps for 4 hour stretches and others he wakes every hour or two. I'll be returning to work soon and I need help to regulate him before I do.
