About me

Hey there I’m Kelli , Desert Doula🌵 I’m a Mama of 5 with my first 2 born in the hospital, my 3rd at the birth center in St.George, and my 4th and 5th at home. Talk about variety! I am an experienced doula with 70+ births. I have unofficially attended births for the last 12 years and officially got trained and certified 5 years ago. It’s the best thing ever and truly fills my cup helping women and parents have wonderful birth experiences. I don’t care where or how you birth, I just care that you are educated and empowered through the whole process and choose the best things for yourself and your baby💛

Service introduction

-2 to 3 Prenatal meetings where we go over all of your birth preference options, counter pressures, comfort techniques, positions, stretches/excercises for birth prep, etc -On call beginning at 37 weeks -labor and delivery -1 to 2 hours after birth to make sure things are well with Mama & baby -1 to 2 prenatal meetings to check in and make sure things are going good transitioning and going well within the home and bring a meal or a postpartum basket - call or text communication at all times for any questions or concerns or just to chat and cheer you on ☺️
