The name Roots & Rest came from my belief that families thrive when they are grounded in support and given time to rest. Hi! I am Kiara - a certified full spectrum doula and lactation professional. I have experience ranging from singletons, twins, premature babies and more. I specialize in postpartum and lactation, with an emphasis on low milk supply assistance. I also have a birth doula background in which while I am not currently doing births, I can assist with birth planning.
