About me

Hi. I'm Kiki Lazarus and I'm a birth + postpartum doula practicing in Los Angeles, California. I'm a woman, mother, wife, daughter, and friend who tends to the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of family constellations during the profound transitions surrounding birth. My practice combines softness + structure to create a calm ecosystem of care across the perinatal continuum, and my approach blends integrative, evidence-based, modern birth work with the physiologic wisdom encoded in our DNA. My ethos of Planet + People centers perinatal mental health, the parasympathetic nervous system, nurturing the infant–parent dyad, and resourcing families. I'm devoted to envisioning a radical reality filled with a just, peaceful, beautiful, intuitive culture of birth + beyond, and is thoroughly invested in the full-spectrum of human emotion/experience, body literacy, birth stories, and parenting in modernity.

Attuned support that moves with you from pregnancy to postpartum. Letting yourself be accompanied in this transition is a powerful devotion to your own wellbeing, your baby’s entry earthside, and the shaping of your family. Four Prenatal Childbirth Prep + Education sessions - Defining your care ecosystem, birth intentions + preferences, support plan - Birth physiology, hormones, labor stages, comfort measures, movement, and mindset - Partner integration and family constellation communication - Postpartum planning for intentional healing Text + Phone availability throughout On-call Birth attendance from 38–42 weeks Continuous Labor + Delivery support on your Birth Day An initial Postpartum integration visit centered around a 60-Minute Abhyanga massage (a calming, light-touch lymphatic drainage massage with SURYA herbal oils)
