Stephanie is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
|
Location: Canton, OH 44704, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: May 28, 2026
I plan to give birth at Mercy Hospital in Canton. First time mom with anxiety, adhd and likely autism while my partner is supportive and will be in the room he is kind of squeamish and not historically has not been the best in medical situations. He is a local truck driver but can be hours away during the day and the thought of going into labor/ at the hospital with out a support person terrifies me. He is also being laid off from his company in April (they are closing his branch) which means he won't qualify for FMLA and is at the mercy of whatever company he ends up being hired by in terms of leave for when baby comes and after. My ideal budget is no more than 1000 although I have seen prices a bit above that. As of right now my birth plan is minimal intervention and without pain meds. I really don't want to have an epidural specifically if it can be avoided...obviously baby/the birth experience can change things though. |

Amy is looking for Postpartum Doula
|
Location: Tyler, TX 75707, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: February 05, 2026
I plan to give birth at a birth center in Tyler. I will have my mom and my partner available for support for the first couple of weeks, but I am looking for someone who is familiar with postpartum herbalism, belly binding, and holistic eating after birth. Just a couple of sessions in the first 2 weeks and then once my support has to leave and go back to work, I might schedule more often while I'm at home healing with my 2 year old and newborn. |

Sara is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula, Lactation Consultant
|
Location: Charleston, IL 61920, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: July 21, 2026
First pregnancy. Will be giving birth in hospital. Estimated budget of $1000-1500. Birth plan would be to stay as natural as possible, but not opposed to medical needs like an epidural if I decide I want one. Whether that be through breathing techniques, deferred sensation like a birth comb, water, etc. Want to avoid a C-section unless emergency demands it. Delayed cord clamp and immediate skin to skin as long as not an emergency. Want to try breastfeeding, and pumping, but not opposed to formula if needed. |

I would prefer a home birth or a birth center. I am looking for very low intervention, skin-on-skin for the first hour after birth, a slower process without all of the bright lights, and very minimal medications. We don’t have an estimated budget yet. |

Michelle is looking for Postpartum Doula, Nutritionist
|
Location: Whitehouse, TX 75791, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: August 13, 2026
1. Hospital 2. Under 4.5k 3. Unmedicated labor in hospital setting with husband, mother, and children present. Last labor my eldest (now 17) supported through labor with Mom and husband; this time they'd be supporting toddler if temperamentally appropriate at that time. So far, so good! Seeking doula care for postpartum support with light housecleaning, healthy meal prep for mama expecting to EBF, and supporting with toddler snacks/meals occasionally. With the birth of my son I found the best support was having consistent nutritive food nearby to sustain my energy and navigate early weeks. I was able to wear my newborn and cook for myself but would love to have recipes I can share and have prepped/someone more knowledgeable suggest best nutrition for recovery so we can bond with newborn. Expecting 4-20 hrs a week for up to two months with possible support holding newborn so I can stay connected to toddler through early transition period. Expect him to be willing and eager to continue helping as able and appropriate, so hoping to have someone who can put my nutritional needs first to support me showing up for the babies. Even with second degree tearing through this last birth I was able to walk up to two miles postpartum within six weeks so I anticipate getting back to some level of activity to support my recovery. Want to be able to rely on healthy snacks and good nutrition to support my postpartum recovery after my husband's paternity leave ends. Expecting to have mother in home to support with toddler care and take care of her own meals, but learned last time around she struggled with helping in ways that I really needed as related to staying hydrated and fed through the first few weeks. Need an advocate who will keep me on a routine to stay nourished to show up how I want. |

|
Location: Coatesville, PA 19320, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: September 23, 2026
Going birth at a women’s and babies hospital facility. I am unsure of a budget. I would like to try to give birth naturally, but epidural is not off the table completely, no C-section unless medically necessary. Delayed cord clamping. Just me and my husband at home with our 3 dogs, he will not have paternity leave so maybe someone to just assist with light cleanings and guiding me so I don’t go insane |

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’m not sure what my budget is right now as I am new to all of this so I don’t know where it ranges and also I don’t have a birth plan because I’m not sure what that’s supposed to look like this is all very new to me and I’m under a lot of anxiety and I don’t even know where to start. |
