Requirements are heavy experience with newborn (0-3 months) care. CPR certified is preferred. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual that would love to care for our newborn baby between the hours of 10pm and 6am. Duties include feedings every 2.5-3 hours throughout the night, burping, diaper changes, and putting baby back to sleep. Baby is currently struggling with some acid reflux so extensive burping/holding may be involved . Willing to pay between $18-25 per hour based on experience and credentials.

My son is 13 months old, but was born three months premature with a brain bleed. He’s developmentally behind and still mostly drinks from a bottle. His night feeds are quite difficult, as he gets quite fussy at night and he also deals with bad acid reflux. My husband and I would really like some help taking care of Oliver at night. Help with any cleaning or cooking would be nice, but mainly looking for help with feeding at night. Help a few nights a week would be ideal. Very flexible budget.

We’re just looking for a trustworthy person who can help us temporarily. We moved to Ooltewah, TN a couple of months ago. I am an RN, working nights so we don’t have to put our child in daycare or have someone else watch her while we work. However, up to this point, my 16 month old has always depended on my breast to fall back asleep at night so now that she doesn’t have that, she is not sleeping much at all (some nights none) and is completely inconsolable for my hubby who cannot take any more. The goal is once our daughter is sleep trained we won’t have to rely on someone to help out. We’re working our way out of a financial rut so we can’t afford a whole lot.
