About me

I’m a grateful mom to two wonderful boys, both born in the hospital naturally, with the loving support of my husband by my side. My own birth experiences, as well as the ones I’ve assisted in the past, opened my heart to this calling and the joy of walking alongside other families in this journey. I believe every mama deserves to feel supported, empowered and cared for as she welcomes her baby into the world. With gentle education, heartfelt advocacy and steady support, my hope is to help each family move towards the birth experience they dream of. My training is through Birth Arts International, and I look forward to adding more to my bag of tricks. My passion for birth and labor drive me to continue my certifications in other areas, such as postpartum support, Spinning Babies, and childbirth education.

I offer pregnancy, birth and postpartum doula services.

Packages

Birth Doula Package

1. Prenatal Support 2 prenatal visits to talk about your birth preferences, comfort techniques, and answer questions. Help creating a birth plan. Phone, text, or email support throughout pregnancy. 2. On-Call Availability I go on call for you from around 37–42 weeks, which means I’m ready to join you whenever labor begins—day or night. 3. Labor & Birth Support Continuous support during labor (at home and/or the hospital/birth center). Comfort measures: breathing techniques, massage, positioning, relaxation, advocacy support. Emotional reassurance for both the birthing person and partner. 4. Immediate Postpartum Care Staying with you for a couple of hours after birth to help with initial bonding, feeding, and recovery. 5. Postpartum Visit(s) Usually 2 home visits to check in on your recovery, feeding support, and adjusting to newborn life. * There will be a $150 non refundable fee to reserve your birth on my calendar.

Postpartum Doula Services

Postpartum Doula Services Newborn care support (soothing, bathing, swaddling, sleep routines). Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping guidance). Emotional support for parents—listening, encouragement, reducing overwhelm. Practical household help (light meals, laundry, tidying). Loving Support While You Rest (offering night shifts so parents can rest).
