Hi, I’m Caitlin. I’m a full-spectrum doula serving families throughout Lander, Riverton, Thermopolis, Dubois, and surrounding Wyoming communities. My role is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, feeding, and loss. I’m here to listen, offer practical guidance, and help you feel informed and supported throughout your experience.

Birth Doula Package
- Two prenatal visits
- Help creating a birth plan
- Unlimited phone, text, and email support during pregnancy
- On call 24/7 from 37-42 weeks
- Continuous presence during active labor and delivery
- Breathing, massage, positioning, and other comfort measures
- One to two hours of support immediately after the birth
- One postpartum visit

Postpartum Doula Support
- Newborn soothing, bathing, swaddling, and sleep-routine support
- Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping guidance
- Emotional support, listening, and encouragement
- Light household assistance, including dishes, laundry, and tidying
- Loving care for your baby while you shower or sleep
- Space to debrief and process your birth experience
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
- Military veterans receive 10% off

Birth Doula Support: Steady, compassionate care throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the first precious hours postpartum. Postpartum Support: Practical newborn care, feeding guidance, emotional support, and an extra set of hands as your family adjusts. Full-Spectrum Support: Personalized support through fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pregnancy or infant loss.
