About me

I’m a certified Birth Doula dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. As a Spanish-English bilingual doula, I especially enjoy supporting Spanish-speaking families and creating a space where they feel heard, informed, respected, and comfortable communicating in their preferred language. My support includes prenatal education and preparation, emotional and physical support during labor and birth, advocacy, comfort measures, and postpartum support. I believe every family deserves to feel empowered and supported throughout their birth experience. I’m also enrolled with Washington Apple Health/ProviderOne and can work with families whose doula services are covered through Medicaid. My goal is to provide culturally respectful, judgment-free support and to be a calm, reassuring presence for families as they welcome their new baby.
