Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a full-spectrum doula based in London, Ontario, a proud mom of three I bring both lived experience and deep compassion to the families I support. I support individuals and families through life’s biggest transitions — my role is to provide steady, nonjudgmental support no matter where you are on that journey. My approach is rooted in advocacy, compassion, and community. I meet you where you are, ensure you feel safe and seen, and walk beside you through the joy, the challenges, and everything in between. Service introduction

Some Services I Offer I provide compassionate support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My services include: • Birth Doula Support – emotional, physical, and informational care during pregnancy and labor, including comfort measures and partner support. • Postpartum Doula Support – newborn care, feeding guidance, light household help, and emotional support as you adjust to life with your baby. • Additional Services – childbirth education, sibling preparation, resources, and support for diverse reproductive journeys. I’m here to ensure you feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

Packages

Labour & Birth Support

2 prenatal visit (2 hours each) On call 3 weeks from your due date Support throughout your labour and delivery including 1-3 hours post delivery Support via e-mail, text and telephone throughout your pregnancy and 8 weeks postpartum 2 postpartum (8 hours total) postpartum shift is a minimum of 3 hours of support Your Choice of 1 extra prenatal visit (2hrs) or a postpartum visit (3hrs) A backup doula is built into this package and pricing
