Providing educational, physical and emotional doula support to families in and around London, Ontario.
Travelling outside London and St Thomas city limits are available and will be billed accordingly.
I'm here to discuss your options with labour, birth (environment, team, pain management & more), honouring your goals, advocacy, and planning for early postpartum.
• 1 prenatal, in person visit (up to 4 hours)
• On-call at 37 weeks
• Phone, text, and email support
• Needed community referrals
• Labour accompaniment (staying up to 2 hours following the birth)
• 2 postpartum visits (6 hours total)
Additional prenatal or postpartum hours
can be added for $35 per hour.
Placenta Encapsulation packages will be discounted by $100 when booking in conjunction with a birth doula package.
