This service is provided for clients that can potentially aid in healing postpartum as well as mental health, energy, lactation and overall better mood.
Overnight doula care in your home, ensuring baby is taken care of while you get much needed sleep. Wake up to a reset house to start your day. Choose your own hours between 9pm and 9am.
Daytime doula support can look different every shift but I am here to ensure you have chores taken care of and you take time for yourself all while baby is being tended to. Choose your own hours, two hours minimum, between 9am and 9pm.
Providing educational, physical and emotional doula support to families in and around London, Ontario. Travelling outside London and St Thomas city limits are available and will be billed accordingly. I'm here to discuss your options with labour, birth (environment, team, pain management & more), honouring your goals, advocacy, and planning for early postpartum. • One prenatal, in person visit (2 hours) • On-call at 37 weeks • Phone, text, and email support • Needed community referrals • Labour accompaniment (staying up to 2 hours following the birth) • One postpartum visit (2 hours) Additional prenatal or postpartum hours can be added for $35 per hour. Payment plans can be discussed, $1000 retainer must be made at contract signing to secure your due date. Placenta Encapsulation packages will be discounted by $100 when booking in conjunction with a birth doula package.

Janice is absolutely amazing. We hired her for mostly day shifts for our newborn but she did do a night as well. She is the kindest most gentle and caring soul and our son absolutely loves her! Janice was an amazing support for our little family. Her day time visits gave me the chance to catch up on some much needed sleep. She was wonderful with my twins, helped me take care of their laundry, and gave really helpful advice on how to help the babies with gas and constipation troubles. She also helped out with overnight shifts when so that we could rest and recuperate after months of sleepless nights. I highly recommend working with Janice-especially during the postpartum period!
