My name is Jennifer Kingsley, and I am a trained doula, an internationally educated nurse and midwife, and a compassionate caregiver with over 15 years of experience supporting mothers, babies, children, and families. Caring for women and children has always been my passion and calling. My goal is to provide families with the reassurance, encouragement, and practical support they need during pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the early years of parenthood. Every mother deserves to feel supported, and every baby deserves loving, attentive care. I provide compassionate, non-medical birth,pre-natal and postpartum doula support, newborn care, overnight infant care, childcare, and in-home support tailored to each family's unique needs. Birth Doula

Includes:
Two prenatal visits (1–2 hours each)
Birth planning and education
On-call support from 38 weeks until birth
Continuous labour and birth support
One postpartum follow-up visit (1–2 hours)
Phone/text support during pregnancy

Overnight Newborn Care

Includes:
Feeding support
Bottle preparation
Diaper changes
Settling baby back to sleep
Helping parents get uninterrupted res

Postpartum Doula Support

Newborn care
Feeding support

Light meal preparation for mom
Baby laundry
Light tidying related to baby and mom
Parent education
Rest support while baby is cared for.

When should I book your services?

Birth doula services are best booked during pregnancy to ensure availability. Postpartum, newborn care, and childcare services can be booked before or after your baby arrives, depending on availability.
