Postpartum Support

Home assistance with lactation, bottle feeding, newborn care, light house keeping, errands, light cooking, family integration. Referrals, resources and other family assistance. a minimum of 4-6 hours.

$45 USD · Per hour

Childbirth Education

Private in home childbirth education, family centered, topic specific. Sessions can be scheduled 1-3 hours at various times and days.

$40 USD · Per hour

What to expect

During prenatal visits we can discuss changes during pregnancy, comfort measures for labor, advocacy skills, informed consent, hospital interventions, topics specific to family. On call starting at 38 weeks, support through out labor, text, virtual, in-person. When serving postpartum, assistance with light household chores, baby laundry, breastfeeding assistance, newborn care, healing foods, integration of family.
