Hi, I’m Sol, a full-spectrum birth doula proudly serving Whittier and the surrounding communities. As a bilingual Latina doula, I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and supported during one of life’s most transformative experiences. My mission is to help mothers feel informed, confident, and empowered to make the decisions that are right for themselves and their families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey. I believe that knowledge is power. By providing evidence-based education, compassionate guidance, and continuous emotional and physical support, helping families navigate labor and delivery with confidence and peace of mind. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a cesarean birth, or are still exploring your options, I am here to support your choices without judgment. My clients often tell me that one of the things they value most is the genuine connection we build. During our prenatal visits, I take the time to truly get to know you, understand your goals, answer your questions, and create a relationship built on trust. My hope is that when your birth day arrives, you feel like you have a calm, familiar presence by your side—someone who believes in you every step of the way. Hello! I am Sol and I am a birth and Postpartum Doula! I love being able to follow you from Prenatal visits, to birth , all the way to your first day back home after the hospital. I love making a good connection with my clients that’s why I do some prenatal visits. This way you feel completely comfortable with me being by your side.
