About me

I am a full spectrum Doula specializing in labor, postpartum, and grievance (miscarriage, stillbirth, and baby loss), I have been serving the south Florida area since 2019. I am passionate about birthing bodies, lactation, lending unconditional support in pregnancy, through labor, and in parenthood, teaching safe babywearing, promoting inclusivity in the birth world, and empowering others through education surrounding the prenatal and postnatal period. I am dedicated to supporting the birthing person’s choices and teaching proper informed consent. My doula style is much like my parenting style - gentle, conscious, intentional, supportive, and kind. I am skilled in supporting my clients mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually as I bridge the gap of support between my clients and their medical care providers. Beyond birth, I work with clients through their parenting journey to connect them to a more mindful, intentional, and gentle approach to parenting. I give them the resources they need in order to form a pleasant and fulfilling parent-child dynamic.

I offer pregnancy, birth, and postpartum doula services, as well as lactation support, birth plan building sessions, placenta encapsulation services, and babywearing classes.
