I am a Mother, experienced professional Birth & post natal Doula, providing purposeful childbirth education ( including Hypnobirthing ) to families.. I am a passionate advocate for birth choice whether it be at home or in Hospital .. I aim to support each family with their unique set of needs, assisting them to find their inner resources and to become confident parents in birth and beyond.. I teach Hypnobirthing & baby yoga and massage classes and like to set up parents to trust their instincts when parenting.. I attend your birth and am there every step of the way guiding and supporting you with techniques and tools that we have learnt in the time spent together..
