About me
I am a Registered Midwife currently working in the hospital system. I am also a Lamaze Childbirth Educator. I have additional training in Optimal Maternal Positioning. My philosophy is to build confidence and decrease fear so that women are empowered in their innate ability to birth. I teach practical skills, comfort options and a healthy framework that support in the birthing process. I facilitate a one day, couple-based education experience to prepare for birth and early parenting. I teach in my home town of Gerringong, a picturesque coastal town, 2hours drive south of Sydney.
